I serve those who are looking to step out of old patterns, expand their consciousness, and move toward deeper connection with self, others, and the world around them.

I DIDN’T FIND THIS WORK,
IT ACTUALLY FOUND ME.

And it’s my own personal journey through it that drives me forward in bringing it to the world. It ignited something in me. More likely it reignited something. My previous work as an actor set the stage *wink wink* for all that was to come. I found myself deeply unfulfilled and scrambling for something, anything. I had the distinct thought: there’s got to be more to life than this… when I brought this to a trusted mentor, she pointed me in a direction and I’ve never looked back since.

WHERE THIS WORK HAS TAKEN ME

This work invites me to step fully into self responsibility and points directly at the places where I am out of integrity. It helps me uncover the parts of myself that I’ve buried, trying to hide them from others, but mostly trying to hide them from myself. This work brings me into deep feeling, in ways that I didn’t know were possible, (re)connecting me with and opening my body. This work allows me to integrate all the different parts of myself, from my cruelty and aggression to my pleasure and open heart. This work fosters community and connection, guiding me into my most alive experience of myself and the world around me.

Mike's journey

Mike started his journey in the world of acting, receiving a BFA from Syracuse University in Drama. From there his initial training in the world of Core started with a 2 year program called Corevolution which focused on one’s own personal process. Through that experience the calling was clear and he completed his 4 year professional training at the Institute of Core Energetics in New York followed by a year long postgraduate program at the Netherlands Institute of Core Energetics, he is now in the process of writing his thesis. While Core is the foundation of his work, he pulls from many different facets of his life, from mindfulness, meditation, and shamanism to fitness, wellness, and, of course, the acting world, all coming together to mold his unique perspective and impactful therapeutic approach. Mike see’s life as the teacher, creating a path for each of us. With all the varying steps and stops along the way bringing us to exactly where we are meant to be.
