Individual Sessions
The work starts with your relationship to yourself, this is the most important relationship in your life and it’s often the one that is most neglected and certainly the one that is hardest for us to see clearly. Somewhere along the way, parts of you, parts of your energy got thwarted, blocked, and distorted. In individual sessions we’ll work together to bring you back home into yourself, using the body as our guide. In many ways this is a reclamation process.
Often, despite dissatisfaction in our current situation, there is something known here, something to hold onto. But change happens in the uncomfortable, in the places of the unknown. In that regard, this work can be confronting. But on the other side of that discomfort is your aliveness, the opportunity to embody your fullest power and to live into your freedom.

Couples Work
Intimate relationships can be the most challenging and often couples enter therapy in a moment of crisis or when things just don’t seem to be working anymore. In relationship our oldest, deepest distortions, dynamics, and defensive patterns are playing out, often unconsciously. In truth, relationship is a Sacred Mirror and if both choose, it’s the couple’s task to find a way to use these difficulties and struggles to move toward growth and greater love for each other as well as themselves.
With all that in mind, each individual is encouraged and supported to risk bringing all of themselves, the good, the bad, and especially the ugly. From there, new and deeper ways of communication emerge, fostering a greater sense of intimacy and compassion, and cultivating more desire and Eros in the relationship.

Process Groups
Imagine a space where a group of people have come together to explore and express themselves as freely and as deeply as possible, outside the realm of social niceties. Process groups present a rare opportunity to learn about ourselves from a different perspective, something that one on one therapy cannot offer. In groups we’re often met with different parts of ourselves, in how we show up in the room and in how we show up with different members of the group.
What’s more, the group can provide honest reflection back to us about things we may not be able to see on our own. One of the ways we come to know ourselves more deeply is through relationships. There is immense power in the group, all that is needed for each person’s personal process is present in the room and part of the collective process of the group as a whole.

Workshops & Retreats
Similar to process groups in that they’re group oriented, workshops and retreats are more condensed and focused. As such, they have the ability to create real and lasting change in a very short period of time. I’ve often heard people describe a workshop or retreat as similar to a medicine journey, having a profound impact on their lives, a ripple that spreads into every aspect of their being. These experiences take you deep into yourself, often asking what’s standing in the way of you living fully into your life.
Generally there is a specific focus and/or direction that a workshop or retreat will take and the group will dive deep into process, supporting each other to feel, move, and express all that is standing between you and the life that you desire and deserve.
